Hi, I'm Seth, a certified practitioner of Quantum Energy Structured Therapy (QEST) and a graduate of the Energy Medicine Academy. I am also a member of the Association for the Advancement of Energy Medicine. My journey into energy work began through family - with my grandfather as a long-time client and my aunt as a mentor and instructor - and has grown into a deep, lifelong passion. 

We specialize in helping people restore balance, reduce stored physical and emotional tension, and support overall wellbeing through QEST and John F Barnes Myofascial Release. We invest in continued education each year so I can bring grounded, effective techniques to every session.

Soulheim currently offers sessions from our dedicated healing space inside our family home. Designed to feel safe, welcoming and supportive. While we are still employed full time during the day, most of our availability for sessions are evenings and weekends. We are excited to be growing and expanding!

Soulheim also works with children. Honestly some of our favorite session to do! Reach out if you're interested.
